 Chlorinated Polyethylene is a chlorinated polymer obtained by chlorination of high density polyethylene (HDPE), which can be divided into resin type Chlorinated Polyethylene (depending on its chlorine content, residual crystallinity and other properties) CPE) and rubber type Chlorinated Polyethylene (CM). CPE in the structure contains a certain amount of residual crystals, CM basically does not contain residual crystals.
       Chlorinated Polyethylene series of applications and performance:
CPE135A: good flexibility, good low temperature toughness, with high strength, high filling and good impact resistance;
                   Can be used for doors and windows profile, plastic pipe and pipe fittings, sheet metal and other hard PVC products.
CPE135B: high toughness, high elasticity, high elongation, low temperature toughness, good oil and flame retardant properties;
                   For flame retardant wire and cable sheathing, flame retardant conveyor belt, mine cable, waterproof membrane and other fields.
CPE130A: has good flexibility, excellent low temperature performance, good filling, anti-aging, chemical resistance, good processing performance;
                   Can be used to produce refrigerator magnetic stripe, cold cable jacket, can also be used as a special rubber for the production of rubber products.
CPE140A: high mechanical strength, good toughness, aging resistance and mobility, and PVC compatibility is good;
                   For PVC calendar film, PVC waterproofing membrane, and PVC efficient plasticizer and flame retardants.
 Chlorinated Polyethylene is a high molecular weight polyethylene (HDPE) by chlorination of the reaction of the polymer material. Depending on the structure and use, Chlorinated Polyethylene can be divided into resin type Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) and elastomer type Chlorinated Polyethylene (CM) two categories.
Resin CPE in the product, also known as A-type material, elastomer rubber CPE has become a B-type material!

Mainly used in wire and cable (coal mine cable, UL and VDE and other standards in the provisions of the wire), hydraulic hose, automotive hose, tape, plastic sheet, PVC profile pipe modification, magnetic materials, ABS modification and so on.
 Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) is a product in which a portion of the hydrogen atoms on the polyethylene molecular chain are replaced by chlorine atoms. The mass percentage of chlorine is generally 25% ~ 45%, Chlorinated Polyethylene, saturated polymer material, the appearance of white powder, non-toxic and tasteless, with excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and anti-aging properties, with Good oil resistance, flame retardancy and coloring performance. Good toughness (at -30 ℃ is still flexible), and other polymer materials have good compatibility, higher decomposition temperature.
Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) is a saturated polymer material, the appearance of white powder, non-toxic and tasteless, with excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and anti-aging properties, with good oil resistance, flame retardant and coloring performance.
